Cruz Pérez Cuéllar (born 16 January 1969 in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua) is a lawyer and seasoned Mexican politician affiliated with Morena (the National Regeneration Movement). He served as a federal deputy in the Mexican Congress (1994–1997 and 2006–2009), and was elected Senator for Chihuahua (2018–2021). Simon Hanna is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FIBRA Macquarie México, a leading real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange. He assumed the CEO role in April 2022, succeeding Juan Monroy . Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Hanna served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of FIBRA Macquarie from July 2013 to April 2022.
